Invite Team Members

Collaboration is key to building a thriving community.

Invite your co-founder, social media manager, or customer engagement lead to help manage and interact with your audience.

To do this: go to your Team tab in your Chattie Admin dashboard.

  1. Click on Invite Team Members+

  1. Enter your team members’ emails.

    1. Your team members will receive an email invite to your community:

Cheers! Now your team is in Chattie and ready to help your community expand.

Create Your Initial Channels

Channels allow you to organize conversations and engagement around key topics. Here are some recommendations based on your brand’s needs:

VIP

  • Reward your most loyal customers with exclusive access, content, and discussions.

UGC (User-Generated Content)

  • Collect real, high-quality UGC without an agency or managing thousands of influencers.

Product Feedback

  • Give customers a direct line to share their buying experience, product insights, and suggestions for improvement.

Affiliates

  • Centralize communication with all of your affiliates in one place to streamline engagement and updates.

Events

  • Engage customers before, during, and after events by creating a dedicated space for event discussions and experiences.

Exclusive Drop

  • Build anticipation for upcoming launches and create digital hype like never before.

Q&A

  • Speak directly to your customers & answer their most important questions live without a filter.

Customer Support

  • Turn support interactions into positive experiences. Solve customer issues quickly over mobile chat instead of traditional email.

Get Creative!

  • Create your own channels, themes, and ways to engage your community. The best part about Chattie is that it is only limited by your creativity.

Prep Your Content

It is important that you create a vibe & a content hub in your community before inviting your first customers. This way, when your first customers join there is a plethora of content for them to view. You do not need to create net new content - you have all of the content you need to start:

  • Repost your Instagram and TikTok photos/videos inside Chattie with the same or modified captions.

  • Post content from your blog or newsletter to pre-populate channels.

  • Share your most recent blog post in a channel called Updates so customers can stay informed.

  • Encourage discussions and engagement by regularly posting polls, questions, and insights.

Invite Your First Power Users

Your initial users set the tone for your community. Consider inviting:

  • Affiliates – They’ll help spread the word and drive engagement.

  • Most loyal customers – They already love your brand and will advocate for it.

  • People in your city or community – Build a local presence for stronger connections.

Keep the Conversation Going

To keep your community active and engaged, commit to posting at least 2x per day. Here are some content ideas:

  • Share behind-the-scenes updates.

  • Ask customers for their opinions on upcoming products.

  • Feature user-generated content and customer testimonials.

  • Run Q&A sessions and exclusive brand announcements.

By following these steps, you’ll build a thriving brand community on Chattie that drives engagement, loyalty, and long-term success. 🚀
